72-Hour Marketing Makeover Bootcamp – Terms & Conditions
1. Event Details & Registration
By registering for the 72-Hour Marketing Makeover Bootcamp (the “Event”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. The Event is scheduled to take place in Lisbon, Portugal, from June 3rd-6th, 2025, and is organized by Emily Claire Hughes and Romana Siracusa (the "Organizers").
2. Payment & Pricing
- The full price of the Event is $947 USD.
- A Launch Price of $747 USD is available until March 31st, 2025.
- Prices do not include flights, accommodation, or personal expenses.
- Some meals are included; please refer to the agenda for details.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All sales are final. Due to the nature of this in-person event, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or inability to attend for any reason.
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant. You must notify the Organizers at least 14 days before the event (by May 20, 2025) with the details of the new attendee.
4. Travel & Accommodation
- Participants are responsible for booking their own travel and accommodation.
- The Organizers are not liable for any delays, cancellations, or additional costs related to flights, accommodation, or transportation.
5. Participation & Conduct
- This event is designed for female founders and entrepreneurs who are looking to refine their marketing and messaging.
- By attending, you agree to participate actively and respectfully in all sessions.
- The Organizers reserve the right to remove any participant who is disruptive, disrespectful, or in violation of event guidelines, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property & Materials
- All workshop materials, templates, and presentations provided during the Event are for personal use only.
- Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any content or materials provided without prior written permission from the Organizers.
- Any content created during the Event (such as offers, messaging, or emails) remains the intellectual property of the participant.
7. Media Release & Privacy
- By attending the Event, you consent to photography, video recording, and social media sharing. The Organizers may use event footage and photos for marketing and promotional purposes.
- If you prefer not to appear in any media content, please notify the Organizers in writing before the Event.
- Your personal information will be handled in accordance with data protection laws and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
8. Disclaimer & Liability
- The Organizers do not guarantee specific results or income from attending the Event. Success depends on individual effort and implementation.
- The Organizers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the Event, including those related to travel, accommodations, or activities.
- Participants agree to attend at their own risk and release the Organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities.
9. Force Majeure
- If the Event is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the Organizers’ control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or travel restrictions), an alternative date or virtual option may be offered. No refunds will be provided for force majeure events.
